Ernie Williams is a dedicated military veteran and co owner of Executive Development (EXD), a long-time trusted construction firm serving Mohave County from Kingman Arizona.

A US Army veteran who served in an engineer battalion, Ernie gained hands on construction expertise through rigorous military training and real world engineering operations that launched his lifelong career in the industry. With decades of practical experience, he cofounded and leads Executive Development alongside Bob Fisk, delivering high quality residential, commercial, and renovation projects across the region.

An Arizona resident for the past 25 years, Ernie lives, eats, and breathes Kingman Arizona, where he has built strong community roots. Married for 50 years, he is a proud father of three children and grandfather to nine grandchildren. As a God serving Christian, his faith guides his commitment to integrity, honest dealings, and treating every client and team member with respect and excellence.
