At a free consultation, we assess the space, discuss your priorities, and identify site conditions that could affect the work.
We look at measurements, access, utilities, and the local terrain.
Review your proposal
You receive a written scope of work, cost breakdown, material options, and a proposed schedule. Take time to review it and ask questions.
The proposal includes payment milestones and warranty information.
Plan before we build
Once you approve the proposal, we formalize the contract, finalize plans, arrange permits, and schedule the people and materials the project needs.
We confirm the start date and discuss what to expect on site.
Follow the progress
Your project manager keeps you informed as construction moves forward, with progress reports, site meetings, and scheduled quality checks.
Changes to scope, cost, or schedule are discussed and documented.
Walk through the finished work
We review the completed project with you, address the final punch list, and explain the systems and materials in your space.
